-
Characterisation of organic waste
- Studies of dry matter,
volatile matter, COD, NTK, Pt, AGV, Greases, Sugars, Proteins,
Fibers
Study and extrapolation of the methane potential
- Measurement of the methane potential methane by tests
Principle:
establishment of anaerobic contact between muds and waste, and measure
of the quantity and quality of biogas produced. Results: Anaerobic
biodeterioration of waste and potential methanogene, (quantity of
methane kg of waste)
- Proveo®
- Ergenium® (increase in the outputs of degradation of the organic
matter)
Anaerobic Tratament
- Follow-up for 3 months of an mini-engine of 5L, representing the
industrial process; daily feeding, followed by the output of
degradation, the quantity and quality of produced biogas
Aerobic Tratament
- Establishment of contact between muds of STEP in excess with waste,
in an engine of 2L. Measure of residual soluble COD at the end of 14
days.
- Post-treatment
procedures
- Crystallization (ARITT)
Recovery of phosphates by struvite precipitation
Principle:
addition of Mg2+ with pH 9 in order to precipitatie all phosphates
Results:
output of precipitation and analysis of the obtained crystals
- Recovery of ammoniums by stripping
Principle:
Tests of the process in column of 1m height of garnishing and 10cm of
diameter
Results:
output of stripping according to the operating conditions,
determination amongst stages necessary
- Re-use of water (API)
Processes of post treatment allowing the re-use to irrigate
the grounds
- Research program ADD Control (European financing)
A.D.D. Control is a program grouping several european partners, of
modeling and automation of the processes of methanisation. Naskeo
belongs to the consortium of this program as an industrial expert to
validate the relevance of this tool for control of the biological
processes for the manufacturers and the owners.
- Micro-algae research program
- Coupling between micro-algae and anaerobic digestion
The program Symbiose,
coordinated by Naskeo
Environment, in partnership with the IFREMER/ECOLAG, INRA, INRIA is a
programme
of study of optimization of methanisation by the coupling MicroAlgues-
Bactéries for the Energy production d' per Biological Way starting from
Primary
Biomass and of Organic Waste
Eco-evaluation
of the processes of treatment and recycling
- Life Cycle Analysis
Evaluation of the environmental impacts of a produit/d' an activity by
analysis from cradle to tomb
- Carbone Assessment™
Carbone Assessment of a company or a community
Evaluation of the environmental impacts of the installations of Naskeo,
and the
new developed processes. Determination of the stages particularly
impacting and
the principal impacts to define the ways of research of improvement of
the
processes.
