CSTR (Completely Stirred Tank Reactor) anaerobic
digestion technology
- German Know-how conceded to
Naskeo by the Biogaskontor company

-
Anaerobic digestion
of industrial effluents and agricultural
by-products in extensive reactor
- The digester is made of concrete or steel tank and it can be buried
- Hermetically closed and heated at 40 degrees so that
anaerobic
digestion can be done in optimal conditions
- The mixture inside the tank is maintained homogeneous thanks to a
continuous mixing which has several functions: to avoid the formation
of crust on the surface, avoid sedimentation of matter, facilitate
degasification
-160 built references from 50 electrical kW to 1 electrical MW
Ergenium™ anaerobic digestion
process
- INRA + Naskeo Patent N°16427

-
Biogas production
from organic industrial waste and effluents of
breeding with a very strong organic load
- The innovation of the Ergenium© process lies in the increase in the
outputs of organic matter degradation
- The hydrolysis is much more complete thanks to a dedicated reactor
- Higher energy production (20%) compared to traditional processes on
the projects higher than 50 electrical kW
- First reference of 250kWél will be built to Bressonvilliers (the
Essonne department, France) in 2009-2010
