Storage
Storage allows levelling and optimization of the power supply of the engine. This is all the more important as the seasonal variation of provisioning of waste is variable.
Pasteurization
Pasteurization allows category 3 waste treatment according to the European law no. 1774/2002 on animal waste and in particular canteens and slaughter-houses waste.
Hygenisation pit and tank

Crushing allows access of the
substrate to the bacteria and facilitates the power supply of the
engine.
